That little widget on the side shows it and makes Victoria pulsate if one of us is online. Why is this so, some of you might be asking. Well, late in 2007 about 1000 Victorian public librarians participated in a Victorian Public Libraries Learning 2.0. This finished in December and now some of us who finished are in search of life after #23.

We are… Continue

I'll admit that I am trying to catch up with my "Things" over the holidays as well. My New Year's resolution is to keep up to date as much as I can. I'm glad to hear that Helene will be making another trip to visit you. We really miss her here at PLCMC since she is in Columbus, Ohio now at CML. But with the Internet we can keep up with what she is doing. Happy Holidays to you!

Seems like tastespotting was having some sort of legal complications according to the note on their site.

Hey, sure thing on the FB posting. I think that was Jamie's idea when she asked me to do it. FB is a very useful tool, almost a desktop in 2.0 the way that it works as a launch for so many applications.

Yikes-yes Annabel I saw #61 and just when I thought I was safe. Yes, I did in fact sign up but haven't been able to do much with it as I'm still trying to catch up from being out of town. Did you read the comments on Annoyed Librarian's site-not good, but there were 27 at last count which is a great response. I just finished reading an article about blogging in the New York Times Magazine, a bit long, but worth the read-here is the link

Let me know what you think. I hope to meet up in FB

You are very kind. I do in fact read Hecuba's Story-love the kitty-hope you don't mind, but I put in my site. I understand the connection through blogs, I guess I was just disappointed in how some people are using it. I had a chance meeting with Jamie for the first time-it was a celebration-and we work for the same library! Hope someday we can meet..until then..

Yeah for you!!! It was so well done. Loved the Librarian and the Kitchen-don't you hate it when housework gets in the way of all the fun? I'm glad you are enjoying the site. I think it would be great for young people just starting to cook as well.

Thanks! It's good to be back. Now I've settled into my new, New place and unwired seems to be giving me internet again all is back on track. Apparently there's some large building in Richmond with lots of metal and interference, who would have thought... :)

I had viewed your Smilebox for your friend and have shared it with my co-workers as well. It is a lovely tribute of your friend. She must have been a very special person.
