Australians looking for Learning 2.1!

Those of you who haven't been on holidays as well as some of you who have may have noticed a flurry of Australian activity on this network! That little widget on the side shows it and makes Victoria pulsate if one of us is online. Why is this so, some of you might be asking. Well, late in 2007 about 1000 Victorian public librarians participated in a Victorian Public Libraries Learning 2.0. This finished in December and now some of us who finished are in search of life after #23.

Yes, I did in fact sign up but haven't been able to do much with it as I'm still trying to catch up from being out of town. Did you read the comments on Annoyed Librarian's site-not good, but there were 27 at last count which is a great response. I just finished reading an article about blogging in the New York Times Magazine, a bit long, but worth the read-here is the link

I understand the connection through blogs, I guess I was just disappointed in how some people are using it.
