Oh, wait! I meant to add ... you must bug me to start running again. I'm horrible at running outdoors due to assorted allergies, but I really, really want to! I'm not running indoors at the moment due to a long string of (actually fairly good) excuses, but I've got to get back at it. At the very least, I've got to make myself go to the gym and get on the *&^@#%@($ exercise bike.

I hear you! Couldn't figure out what to do with my page for a while either. Some people have done a lot with their pages, like Sandra Nicholls. If you want ideas, check her page. But then again, nothing is required - you can leave it as bare-bones as you'd like to!
